Job Overview
This Marketing and Sales Executive position requires strategic planning, online communication, and engagement with customers. The person who is selected will play the primary role of increasing the visibility of the company across all major platforms, while also making sure that sales are converted consistently by implementing targeted marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Create relevant and engaging content for different platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and many other digital spaces.
- Create, plan, and implement strategies for content that are aimed at building an online presence and building brand authority.
- Analyze user engagement, track the metrics and make improvements Based on the performance data.
- Control communication channels by promptly responding to messages, comments, and online queries to keep a positive image of your brand.
- Support for email marketing campaigns via support, WhatsApp broadcasts, and other digital forms of outreach to prospective customers.
- Assist in the setting up, monitoring and optimizing paid ads across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads as well as LinkedIn Ads.
- Answer any inquiries that come in via email, phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media to ensure smooth communication with clients.
- Provide programs or services confidently to potential customers, responding to concerns, resolving questions and helping them navigate the process of registering.
- Follow-up should be organized to turn leads into clients who have been confirmed or sales.
- Take part in outreach efforts or workshops, seminars or events to promote your business when they are scheduled by the company.
- Collaboration with internal teams like design, content or operations to align marketing efforts with ongoing campaigns.
- Develop innovative strategies for promotions, seasonal deals, and engagement strategies that increase lead generation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A bachelor’s or master’s level degree with a focus on Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related subject.
- Students who have completed internships in sales or marketing are also invited to apply.
- Excellent communication abilities Excellent communication skills English as well as Hindi.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients successfully.
- Experience with managing social media tools like Buffer Hootsuite, Buffer, and Meta Business Suite.

Salary and Benefits
- Minimum Monthly Salary: INR 20,000
