Key Responsibilities:
- Offer technical support to the end-users in identifying and diagnosing and resolving software, hardware and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and manage computers, software and other peripheral equipment to guarantee continuous operation.
- Find and fix issues in operating systems or performance of applications, as well as network connectivity.
- Monitor IT infrastructure and ensure stability, performance, and data security during every day activities.
- Control users’ accounts, permissions and access rights according with security standards.
- Document IT procedures, configurations and troubleshooting procedures to facilitate issue tracking and sharing of knowledge.
- Work with team members in implementing the latest network updates along with backup systems, as well as maintenance schedules.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Master’s degrees from Information Technology, Computer Science or any other related field.
- A solid understanding of computer networks operating systems (Windows/Linux) as well as the management of IT infrastructure.
- Practical experience in resolving hardware as well as software issues.
- Experience familiarity Active Directory, system monitoring tools, antivirus and backup tools.
