Key Responsibilities
- Upload your products to e-commerce platforms with 100% certainty.
- Control the entire lifecycle of an order from receipt of the order to successful delivery of the order.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records by using Google Sheets.
- Research to discover trends in sales and increase online sales.
- Assist in the creation of invoices, processing payments and keeping track of financial records.
- Coordinate with internal teams as well as vendors to solve operational issues effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Expertise in online shopping platforms, product listings and tools for managing inventory.
- A thorough understanding of order processing, logistic coordination, as well as the management of vendors.
- Skills for data analysis using Excel, Google Sheets, or other similar tools for analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, organisational and communication skills.
- Capability to complete tasks on time and work efficiently in a high-speed work environment.
- A bachelor’s level degree is required with a major in Business Administration, Operations, or a similar field.
- Experience in the retail or e-commerce sector is highly desirable.
