Key Responsibilities
- Input, collect and update Excel spreadsheets or internal databases, while maintaining high accuracy and consistency.
- Examine datasets for errors, duplicates, or missing data and assist in data validation procedures.
- Document and organise information in structured formats so that you can make it easier for team members to access information.
- Perform basic data analysis with Excel, such as the use of pivot tables, trend summaries and simple chart design.
- Work with team members to identify requirements and gather data from various platforms.
- Implement the highest standards for data quality and best practices to ensure the accuracy and reliability of your data.
- Create clear reports and basic dashboards for internal users.
- Take part in group meetings and share suggestions for process improvement.
- Perform ad-hoc data tasks, such as cleaning up records, reformatting, and migrations.
- Participate in educational programs to improve your knowledge of the use of data tools as well as the enterprise platform.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, filtering and sorting.
Required Skills
- Experience in the entry of data and the management of structured data.
- A familiarity working with Power BI or SQL serves as an advantage.
