Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Client Success: Partner with clients to understand their business needs and translate these into solutions for technical issues using Hybrid Cloud and AI technologies, which include AI Analytics, DevOps, DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation and security, as well as networking and storage.
  • Solutions Implementation and design: Join sessions that allow clients to design and develop solutions that utilize public and hybrid cloud technology and ensure that they are in line to the best practices of the cloud platform and its client-facing environments.
  • Tech leadership: Provide expert advice regarding the structure of your solution, with a particular attention to security, scalability, as well as performance, in order to make sure that your deployments are smooth and seamless.
  • Developers: who are active and hands-on are active builders, developing as well as automating the infrastructure and deployment workflows that provide solid, friendly solutions for users.
  • Transition and collaboration: Work with teams on deployment to transfer information and assets from the platform to ensure seamless client interactions from development to production.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree or greater with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or in a similar field.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Explore hands-on using numerous cloud and AI technologies that incorporate cloud computing, virtualized on-premise, and cloud computing.
    • Know-how in creation of automated infrastructure and workflows for application deployment.
    • Experience working with technical solutions for customer teams across different cloud-based architectures.
    • At least one cloud-native programming language, such as Java, Python, HCL, Rust, or Ansible.
    • A complete understanding of Agile methodologies and their application in the design process.
    • Experience in related fields to cloud computing, such as Data/Analytics, Data Science, Security, cloud-native, hybrid, or public cloud technology.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of experience in the field of technical operations, which includes the engineering of platforms or site reliability in hybrid cloud as well as on-premise configurations.
  • Experience with running and deploying solutions on the major cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud and Google Cloud.
  • Experience with me as a Solutions Architect Cloud consultant for the public sector, with a specific concentration on offering solutions that are geared towards clients.
  • Proficient in the ability to create collaborative relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
  • Experience with well-designed frameworks through AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud and Google Cloud.
  • Technical certifications that are relevant, such as CNCF, AWS, IBM Cloud, Azure, Google Cloud and DevOps certificates.
  • Experience working in multi-functional teams which comprise Engineering as well as Product Management and Customer Success and customer Success as well as Customer Success and Product Management Teams.
