- Facilitate adoption and usage optimization efforts relevant to the assigned business applications.
- Assist in the development of communications in both text and presentation form that propose ideas and recommendations persuasive in nature concerning assigned business applications.
- Establish vendor partnerships for the assigned applications.
- Delivers coaching, mentoring, and training for the newly recruited and junior team members as needed from time to time.
- Help in the release management of the assigned applications.
- Could act as the technical owner for the assigned applications.
- May be involved in validation activities as necessary.
- Additional responsibilities as instructed.
