About the Role
As a Backend Engineer with Netcore Cloud, you will develop high-performance distributed systems that support Netcore’s mail campaigns, analytics, and platforms, which are used by more than five hundred global brands. The job requires you to design microservices with low latency and fault tolerance that manage real-time data processing and billions of transactions per day.
Key Responsibilities
- Create or scale APIs for the backend, as well as data services to ensure massive throughput with low latency.
- Design systems that are robust and that can handle 10 million plus operations per second.
- Create dashboards in real-time that offer KPIs to stakeholders and clients.
- Use Kafka, Kubernetes, Redis, as well as AWS Lambda, to achieve the ability to scale your system.
- Perform complete development of features from conception through deployment.
- Work with DevOps, Product, and Data Engineering teams for integration.
- Troubleshoot problems with performance and optimise configurations for backends.
Required Skills
- A minimum of 0-7 years’ background in the development of backends employing the language Go (Golang), Java as well and Python.
- A knowledge of algorithms, data structures and system design.
- Experience with developing APIs, microservices and distributed architectures.
- Experienced knowledge about Kafka, RabbitMQ or any other queueing platforms.
- A familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes as well as Docker for cloud-based services.
- Solid debugging skills, optimisation of performance and analytical skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Background: BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA (All Branches Welcome).
- Learning to program: Python, Java, as well as Go (any one of them is required).
