As an L1 Networking Engineer, you will help solve network problems, handle the customer’s calls and ensure that connectivity is maintained for clients across the globe.

Key Responsibilities
- Offer technical support via phone for customers of networking in the US.
- Troubleshoot problems related to home networking installations, routers, modems and routers VPNs, wireless systems and more.
- Assistance to customers using operating systems like Windows, macOS, Android and iOS.
- Configure and keep the firewall while solving connectivity issues.
- Note down all solutions and queries accurately to be able to refer back later.
- Work with internal teams to assist in important problem resolution.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering (Mandatory).
- Certifications in Networking (like CCNA), preferential or currently in progress.
Technical Skills:
- The understanding of the basic network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, DHCP).
- Experience with non-enterprise home networking equipment.
- Troubleshooting experience across different operating systems (Windows, macOS, Android, iOS).
Soft Skills:
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 CEFR level).
- Logical reasoning and a focus on customer service.
