As Business Analyst (Dashboards and Insights), the candidate selected works closely with internal and external teams to create, develop and oversee dashboards that translate business requirements into actionable information. The job requires direct interactions with the engineering, product post-sales, finance, and engineering teams to improve the accuracy of reports and trace billing information and improve the quality of analytical outputs.
In the initial 6 months of the program, emphasis is on developing as well as maintaining top-quality dashboards with Metabase and Superset’s own internal analytics engine. The outputs will include executive scorecards, funnel analysis, metric definitions and actionable data that will improve the efficiency of business processes in the recruitment and billing processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Convert business requirements into detailed dashboard specifications, including the parameters and ownership. And refresh frequency.
- Create, test, and then deploy dashboards using Metabase and other internal analytical platforms, with an intense concentration on accuracy, performance and usability.
- Conduct a thorough funnel and group analysis of the candidates, recruiters, and TPO (Training and Placement Officer) process.
- Create periodic scorecards and standard executive reports to be used by internal leaders as well as customer stakeholders.
- Connect patterns of product use with billing cycles to spot issues and recommend improvements based on data.
- Facilitate meetings with both internal and external stakeholders to improve KPI definitions, reporting models, and definition models.
- Develop process mappings and Standard operating procedures for billing and reporting processes.
- Make sure that you are in that you comply with the data governance guidelines through QA validation and transparent metric documentation.
Expected Outcomes (First 90-180 Days)
- Develop production-ready dashboards to meet internal and external requirements as well as those of the customer.
- Set up consistent and standard metrics definitions for crucial channels for recruiting, and publish a verified data dictionary that is verified.
- Create monthly dashboards of reporting and executive scorecards to help grow as well as the billing departments.
- Implement 2-3 tangible improvements based on data in reconciliation workflows or billing.

Required Skills and Tools
Core Data Stack: SQL (MySQL), Amazon Redshift, Metabase, Elasticsearch
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Apache Airflow, AWS DMS and updating of ETL specifications. A basic knowledge of concepts for data modelling and knowledge of defining analytics workflows are highly recommended.
Collaboration Tools:
Jira, Confluence, Google Sheets or Excel (advanced proficiency), API reading and testing with Postman.
