Job Summary
This job is focused on designing developing, implementing, and deploying machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions using the latest Python frameworks. The developer will make use of Generative AI (GenAI) models vector databases, as well as NLP methods to develop intelligent productive, scalable, and ready-for-production applications.
The position requires strong control over AI tools as well as microservices architecture and methods of development for software, which will ensure security, safe and maintainable code that is in line with Bosch’s engineering standard.
Responsibilities
- Create and design modules for the Generative AI technology stack with a the focus in smooth PostgreSQL Integration of data.
- Develop, test, and deploy AI-based software that adheres to microservices principles that scale along with API-driven frameworks.
- Participate in sessions for system design as well as code review sessions, ensuring conformity with the organization’s coding and standards for quality.
- Implement RESTful APIs to allow seamless interaction between components and to ensure the system’s uptime.
- Create unit test scenarios and conduct debugging in order to ensure stability, security and a flawless performance.
- Make sure that the modules are ready for production. modules by optimizing them for scaling and efficiency.
- Use agile methodologies to control sprint goals, development cycles and deliverables efficiently.
- Be informed of the most recent AI/ML research papers to implement the most advanced techniques and workflows for agents.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams in order to establish the architecture, ensure IP security compliance and control open-source use in a responsible way.

Desired Qualifications
- Degree of Bachelor’s (BE/BTech) with a major in Computer Science, Information Technology or an equivalent field.
- Experienced and practical with Python as well as its AI/ML community (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas).
- Working knowledge and understanding about Generative AI models and vector databases.
- A familiarity working with NLP (Natural Language Processing) pipelines, tools and frameworks.
- Experience in implementing microservices architectures using modern frameworks such as FastAPI and Flask.
- Expert in the writing of secure, lint-free and maintainable production-grade codes.
- Experience with integration of databases specifically PostgreSQL.
- Security of code practices and techniques for preventing software vulnerabilities.
- Experience with cloud-based development environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is an advantage.
