A Video Audit Associate plays a vital role in maintaining accuracy in inventory management in Amazon Robotics Fulfillment Centers. The job entails studying and analyzing video footage of stowing operations using human judgement and tools that are provided to confirm the location of items with a high degree of precision. This job requires the highest level of speed and accuracy to ensure the quality of stow and support Amazon’s internal Amazon Fulfillment Technologies & Robotics teams. This is an non-technical operational position that requires attention on adaptability and consistency performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Review hundreds of videos during a shift, making sure that responses meet the requirements for speed, accuracy and compliance with acceptable standards of practice.
- Find the particulars in blurry or low-quality videos and provide the correct answers while maintaining a high level of focusing.
- Use tools to identify or verify the location of products which improves accuracy of inventory and reduction of defect.
- Be sure to adhere to the 9-hour shift timetable with scheduled breaks, which total 6.8 or 7 hours continuous video auditing every day.
- Set up a separate, private workspace for employees working from home making sure that the work-related data is safe.
- Participate in virtual meetings using the laptop camera.
- Sometimes, the office is necessary (for workers who work from home).
- Work in a 24-hour working environment that has rotational shifts including night shifts. There are possible shift changes every 3-4 month.

Work Schedule
- Shift: 9-hour rotating shifts, which include weekends evenings, nights, or holiday days depending on the business requirements.
