In your role as an associate in ML Data Operations, you will be watching videos of activities in fulfillment centers that are stowed and then review the footage thoroughly and then record the location or other activity with absolute precision by using specific tools. Responsibilities
- Watch hundreds of video clips every shift, and audit stowing actions to ensure that the product is placed in the right place.
- Give responses that are based on objectives in terms of quality (accuracy) and speed (productivity) as well as adherence to accepted procedures.
- Be sure to pay close attention and provide a excellent review, even with blurry or shaky videos.
- Be sure to follow the break schedules and finish 6.8 or 7 hours active auditing each day.
- Make sure you have a designated, secure workspace that is compliant with the company’s requirements when working from home.
- Be sure to meet incremental production and quality goals consistently.
- Adjust to shift rotations which include weekends and nights and support 24×7 operation.
- Join virtual meeting using cameras and be ready to be onsite at times when needed.

Candidate Profile
- Degrees from a Bachelor’s program or the equivalent.
- Willingness and ability to perform the non-technical role of a contract for a period of six months.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to comprehend video/image/text information accurately.
- Work remotely or at home with shift rotations and flexible schedules.
- A great team-player attitude Ready to collaborate between office and remote locations.
Work Environment and Schedule
- Hours of work are 9-hour shifts, with pre-planned breaks.
- Shifts rotated by rotation are may change every 3-4 months.
- Night shift allowances are based on Amazon’s policies.
- Off days for the week are the same two-day schedule (may be different).
