Job Role: Customer Care Executive (Blended Process)
As an Blinkit Customer Care Executive, you manage a mixture of chat, voice along with email interactions to help customers with complaints, queries, or issues with orders. This job requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities and a mindset of customer-first.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage chats, calls and emails with professionalism.
- Solve delivery issues for orders and resolve product-related questions.
- Assure timely resolution and maintain high scores of customer satisfaction.
- Intensify cases that are not resolved to higher levels if necessary.
- Collaboration with support and operations teams to increase service efficiency.
This blended approach ensures that you are familiar with all the voice as well as non-voice communication channels, allowing the fullest exposure to the BPO business.

Eligibility Criteria
To be able to work from home in this job, applicants must fulfill the following conditions:
- education: Graduate or Undergraduate from any discipline (no specific degree needed).
- Experiential: Both fresher and more experienced candidates are suitable.
- Technical Setup:
- Desktop or laptop equipped with at least 8GB of RAM and Windows 10 operating system.
- A reliable Wi-Fi connectivity is a must.
- Communicating Skills: A good English as well as Hindi communication skills, with an easy speaking voice.
- Work Schedule:
- 6 days of working, including one week off for rotation.
- 9 hours of total shift -8 hours of work and 1 hour breaks for splits.
- Work Types: Full-time, permanent work at home.
Salaries: Rs. 17,000 – Rs. 20,000 CTC monthly (based on the experience and ability to communicate)
Interview Process
