About the Role

  • Location: Globally Remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of product roadmaps during global team sprints, which are held once a year.
  • Develop quality, durable and reliable software and applications that could be used by millions of users.
  • Learn the most important programming languages and increase your Linux knowledge of the system.
  • Connect with communities of open source through code reviews as well as issue trackers.
  • Respond to customer concerns quickly and gain insight into the company’s requirements.
  • Security should be a top priority in software design and application.
  • Organise company events abroad (up to two weeks ) every two years.

Required Qualifications

  • Outstanding academic record in high school and college.
  • A degree from a university with a major in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or another STEM field that includes programming courses.
  • Expertise in at least one or more of Python, Rust, C/C++, Golang, JavaScript, or Java.
  • Acquaintance with Ubuntu or other Linux distributions.
  • Experienced ability to meet or exceed expectations and produce outstanding results.
  • Software engineering and personal technology projects that go beyond academic needs.
  • Professional proficiency in both spoken and written English.
  • A strong interpersonal skill set, a keen interest, as well as adaptability and a sense of accountability.
  • Self-awareness and dedication to personal development.
  • Ability to travel internationally for business occasions.

Preferred Skills

  • Contributions to open source upstream projects.
