Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on users to determine the goals of users and their pain points.
- Create user flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes that help bring concepts to life.
- Create clean, responsive and visually appealing interfaces for mobile and the web platforms.
- Create and maintain a consistent design and style guide to ensure consistent user experience.
- Collaboration with developers, product managers and other others to align design results with business goals.
- Conduct usability tests and refine designs based upon real-world user feedback.
- Stay up to date with the latest UX/UI developments tools, techniques, and design methods.
- Provide design ideas and reasoning effectively in team meetings.
- Make sure that accessibility standards and inclusive design guidelines ensure that accessibility standards and inclusive design principles are adhered to.
- Team up with front-end developers to ensure the accuracy of design execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A bachelor’s level degree is required from a school of Design, Computer Science, or a similar area.
- Expertise in UI/UX design, backed by a solid portfolio.
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch and similar tools.
- Understanding of the principles of responsive design and usability principles.
- Experience with accessibility (WCAG) standards and design methods.
- Outstanding communication and analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Compensation
- Salary Band: between Rs 2,40,000 and Rs 3,00,000 per year depending on skills and experience.
