- Develop and design frontend and backend modules using modern frameworks and technology.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a similar technical field.
- A strong proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or C++.
- An introduction to the data structure and algorithmic programming, object-oriented and solving problems.
- Experience with frameworks like Spring Boot, Django, or React can be beneficial.
- A good understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with API development Version control (Git) as well as releases of software.

Selection Process
It is the Cleartrip SDE1 hiring procedure is structured with a 3-step system that is designed to help identify competent engineers.
- HackerEarth Assessment
Candidates who are shortlisted will receive an email invitation to take part in an online test that is mandatory and hosted by HackerEarth. HackerEarth platform. The link is active for a period of 24 hours and applicants must pass the test within this period. The test evaluates logic, algorithmic thinking and efficiency in coding. - Virtual Machine Coding Round
Candidates who have passed the online test will be able to go on to the next step, a virtual machine programming challenge. This test is a real-world assessment of engineering skills and tests comprehension of efficiency in code testing, debugging, and optimizing software performance. - In-Person Interview
The final stage of interviewing is scheduled to take place on the 6th of December, 2025 at 9:00 AM. The candidates who are shortlisted attend the in-person interview in the Bangalore office which is where they participate in discussions about technical and behavioral issues with Cleartrip’s Cleartrip engineering management team.
