- Respect SOPs/runbooks and security/compliance production targets, CSI contributions.
- Knowledge sharing, buddying new hires 24 hours a day, 24/7 shifts, and a worldwide client focus.
Digital Workplace Services (All 3-year UG 2024-2026 batches min 50%, no arrears):
- Support in the first line: ticket tracking and logging, Hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Accurately escalate issues, keep a self-service knowledge base.
- Perfect communication, shift/office work for users from all over the world.
Eligibility Essentials
- Consistent 50-60% academics (no 59.9/49.9 rounding; X/XII/Diploma/UG; CGPA per norms).
- Re-evaluation of standing arrears only is based on the initial score.
- Indian nationals/OCIs in India; any Cognizant office/shift/technology.
