Analyst Trainee – IT & Integrated Smart Operations
The job focuses on managing databases, as well as analysing data and managing the service lifecycle and analysis of root causes. The position requires knowledge of the service ticket system, SQL stored procedures, and IT-related service management practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyst Trainee – Multicloud
This position assists with the management of infrastructure and servers across multiple systems, such as Windows, Cloud, Network, Database, and Collaboration environments. The primary focus is to ensure the availability of services, resolution of incidents, and compliance with the specific client service level requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform operational tasks in accordance with SOPs as well as process documents.
- Be sure to adhere to the strict security standards for clients and metrics for service.
- Engage professionally with international users and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to Support Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives.
- Participate in mentoring sessions as well as group sharing of knowledge.

Analyst Trainee – Digital Workplace Services
This position provides support in the first line of clients, coordinating software and hardware issues and logging service tickets, along with IT Environment Stabilisation in corporate systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solve hardware and software issues promptly in order to cut down time.
- Track and record user complaints within ticketing systems for prompt resolution.
- Work with technical teams to achieve advanced problem resolution.
- Create internal documentation as well as self-help materials to help users.
