Key Responsibilities
- Perform extensive tests of automated agents’ manuals and complete workflow procedures.
- Examine functional requirements and create clearly-structured test cases
- Conduct testing sessions for clients while offering real-time assistance throughout validation
- Provide Level 1 technical assistance by identifying problems, resolving questions, and escalating cases quickly.
- Track and document software errors by describing the steps needed to reproduce them for rapid resolution
- Perform regression testing and prior to release validation to ensure stability and security of the product.
- In collaboration with business analysis, development, and teams on the product to ensure high-quality standards
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives for the software delivery process.
Requirements – Must Have Skills
- Excellent English communication abilities (C1 level or more) with excellent ability to write and speak.
- Experienced as a manual QA engineer as well as a Software tester in agile environments
- A deep understanding of QA methods, test case design, and defect tracking systems
- Excellent analytical thinking and focus on detail
- Ability to work in a team while ensuring complete testing results
- The ease of direct interaction with clients throughout testing and support activities
Nice-to-Have Skills (Advantage)
- Experience with the use of browsers for workflow testing
- Basic understanding of robot process automation (RPA) and scripting or concepts of automation.
- The understanding of APIs for REST, as well as system integration testing
- Inquiry about AI agents, as well as prompt engineering and intelligent automation
- Exposure to pipelines for CI/CD and continuous testing methods
