- Assist with Azure/AWS resource setup, configuration, and management in accordance with the guidance of senior officials.
- Manage basic access requests for users for cloud portals.
- Troubleshooting issues with shadows for the simplest of reasons (VM problems or quotas).
- Participate in deployment procedures and team meetings.
- Maintain runbooks, FAQs, and installation guides.
- Run daily health checks via dashboards/alerts/scripts.
- Learn about CI/CD pipelines and basic concepts of version control.
