This position will allow you to directly work on the YouTube’s Content Policy and Enforcement Operations team, which is focused on ensuring security, quality, and compliance across all platforms. Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related area.
- Experience in problem solving or assessing digital content or online content moderating.
- Experience hands-on with spreadsheets such as Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel to interpret data.
- Knowledge of SQL and techniques for data visualization.
- Experience with international issues related to freedom of expression online and compliance with regulations online content, cyber crime, content that is controversial or false information.
- Previous exposure to policies, policy-making and management security and anti-abuse processes, or news and media reviews.
- A strong ability to discern patterns in content, evaluate new issues, and use an unbiased judgment when it comes to enforcement.
- Excellent communications skills for an environment that is professional and multi-cultural.
- Attention to specifics, a good understanding of time management and the ability to handle a high volume of work while maintaining accuracy and quality.
