Role Overview
This job offers the opportunity to work with the world’s top business and investment executives. Research Associates identify and recruit top-tier professionals–including thought leaders, policy specialists, economic advisors, academics, and key decision-makers–for the Association of Industry Leaders (AIL). The responsibilities include developing and growing the network of experts in India as well as globally via targeted outreach and management of relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Find and contact senior industry professionals to discuss information about the mission of Insight Alpha and its business model. Then, invite them to join the Insight Alpha expert network.
- Follow industry news, detect emerging trends in the market and establish solid professional relationships with top-level experts.
- Conduct recruitment campaigns with the help of trade associations, industry lists, networking networks for professionals, referrals and other sources of strategic information.
- Collaboration in collaboration with Analysts and Research Managers,s and Team up with Research Managers, Analysts, and Project Leaders to comprehend the needs of clients and respond promptly to research requests.
- Handle several projects at once in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while ensuring accuracy and focus on detail.
Qualifications Required
- A minimum of 0-1 year’s prior experience in primary senior research, expert-sourcing and knowledge management.
- A graduate or post-graduate degree is awarded by an institution that is recognised.
- Highly effective communication skills, with outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills across various channels like telephone, email, and even in-person interactions.
- Proficient in English with a professional and clear expression.
- Ability to perform well in teams.
- Excellent multitasking skills and prioritisation with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Self-motivated, active, and curious attitude that is flexible to changes.
- Ability to work either independently or in a team.
- Professionalism, integrity, analytical thinking, innovative problem-solving, and an eagerness for expansion.
- Willingness to accept greater accountability over time.
