The Software Development Engineer Backend position focuses on solving core challenges across four Centers of Excellence: SDK, Backend, Data Science, and Infrastructure. Candidates will engage in both framework development and business enablement, balancing innovative solutions with practical implementation. Key Responsibilities
- SDK Development:
- Design seamless UI/UX for frictionless one-click payments and merchant-friendly payment management.
- Integrate React markups into a proprietary UI framework, “Presto,” to enhance user experiences.
- Backend Development:
- Develop robust business logic to support evolving payment methods (UPI, integrations, authentication).
- Leverage functional programming (FP) to express complex payment logic concisely.
- Build and maintain API integrations for seamless connectivity.
- Data Science:
- Extract insights from billions of transactions to enable intelligent payment operations.
- Develop systems for intelligent traffic routing, self-healing infrastructure, and automatic anomaly detection.

- Infrastructure:
