CTC and break-up of salary

  • Fixed annual compensation: The amount is INR 5,50,000 per year.
  • The Deferred Retention Plan (DRP) INR 2,50,000 (payable upon completion for 3 years)
  • Total annualised compensation, including DRP INR 6,33,333 for the year

Essential Responsibilities

Management Trainee Sales & Marketing responsibilities include all-inclusive support for marketing and sales initiatives, lead generation and market research.

  • Conduct thorough research to find possible companies and decision-makers within the market that you are targeting.
  • Create, maintain and refine an inventory of qualified prospects that have accurate contact information.
  • Collect market intelligence by conducting secondary research of target accounts to help with sales strategies.
  • Develop scripts for calling and email templates that are aligned with the messaging that are shared between marketing and sales teams.
  • Make specific sales phone calls (cold calls) to collect important customer data, create interest, and schedule meetings with the sales team in the field.
  • Send out email blasts, monitor the responses and then convert any inquiries to convert them into sales leads.
  • Use as a plug-and-play tool for multiple campaigns that focus on different geographies and services.
  • Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates on pipeline performance and pipeline status.
  • Participate in management meetings internally to discuss campaign updates, as well as market feedback and improvement suggestions.
  • Contact potential leads to gain insight into the needs of your business and determine their requirements by using predefined requirements.
  • Keep up-to-date notes of every interaction, follow-ups, and lead statuses in the CRM system.
  • Monitor and report on lead-generated metrics as well as conversion rates, and the effectiveness of campaigns.
