- Develop data science applications and be a part of our AI adoption journey.
- Support teams across data and technology at MSCI to implement AI solutions and integrate their services with MSCI’s data science products and platforms.
- Implement ML, NLP, LLM, LangChain, LangGraph, and Agentic AI within data science tools to deliver new functionality for the internal production platform and the client delivery platform.
- Engage with content expert teams across technology and understand MSCI APIs and data delivery platforms.
- Closely collaborate with Product Management, Quality Assurance, Data Operations, and IT Infrastructure on all stages of the development lifecycle.
Your skills and experience that will help you excel
- At least a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in finding patterns in data and creating statistical models, data exploration, data visualization, and data mining.
- Experience in developing AI and ML solutions and delivering them to production.
- Very good hands-on working experience in Python and NLP.
- Prior experience or projects in LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, and Agentic AI is a plus.
- Familiarity with text processing.
- Understanding of good software development practices: Test-Driven Development (TDD), refactoring, pair-programming, solid design.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and demonstrating an exceptional drive towards delivery.
- Experience with cloud-based solutions, especially on Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
