Key Responsibilities

  • Answer calls, emails, and chat messages from customers who require assistance.
  • Give precise details about the products and services, billing queries and account details.
  • Respond to customer complaints with effective troubleshooting and appropriate escalation processes.
  • Make sure that every interaction is recorded accurately in software for CRM or even call monitoring platforms.
  • Maintain professionalism and a sense of empathy during every interaction with customers.

  • Ability to manage multiple line phones or chat sessions concurrently.

Education: High school diploma and a graduation (any field).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency is available in Gujarati, Marathi, Sindhi, Rajasthani, or Konkani (in addition to Hindi/English).
  • Experience with high-volume customer service or call centre tasks.
  • Experience in supporting customers in industries like healthcare, telecoms, and financial services or healthcare.

  • Salary Band: Rs. 2,40,000 – Rs. 2,50,000 per year.
