Popfly New Hiring: Popfly Design is inviting applications for the position as a Graphic Designer Associate in the company’s Gurgaon office. The job requires a talented professional with a sharp sense of design and a visual storytelling skill and hands-on experience in the fields of print and digital design. The role requires close collaboration with marketing and creative teams to develop appealing brand images across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visual ideas designs, layouts as well as branding and marketing materials, for websites, social media advertising campaigns, packaging and online ads.
- Collaboration with creative minds and marketing experts to create innovative design solutions that are aligned with the project’s goals.
- Create brand identities that include logos, typography, as well as visual style guidelines to enhance the brand’s presence.
- Create creatives that are platform-specific and designed specifically for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn banners for websites and social media.
- Make sure you print-ready your artwork, paying particular focus on sizing as well as colors, margins for bleed and resolution.
- Maintain consistency in the design language and ensure the visual consistency across all branding assets.
- Control multiple design projects at the same time and meet deadlines that are strict.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in design as well as the newest tools and the most effective methods in the field.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experienced Graphic Designer with an extensive portfolio that includes branding, digital and printing work.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and the ability to work with Figma or Canva.
- A solid understanding of layout design and typography, color theory as well as visual hierarchy.
- Ability to read creative ideas and translate them into visually striking results.
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork and problem-solving capabilities.
- A keen eye for detail and excellent ability to organize.
- Experience in the design of graphic designs to be used by eCommerce brands.
- Ability to draw or create digital sketches when needed.
- A working knowledge of the principles of design for UI/UX as well as Motion images and creating GIFs.
- Understanding of pre-press and print production workflows.
