This Learning and Development (L&D) Support – Associate job focuses on improving the effectiveness of learning initiatives within organisations by analysing data, conducting research and collaborating in program execution. The person chosen for this position will oversee multiple learning initiatives, provide innovative ideas, and ensure that the training programs are delivered seamlessly. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, design and implementation of efficient training programs that are tailored to the organisation’s requirements.

- Help in the identification and evaluation of the training gap and suggest actionable solutions.
- Conduct extensive research to improve program effectiveness and make sure that the learning outcomes align with the business objectives.
- Develop professional relationships with internal stakeholders to promote collaboration and the sharing of knowledge.
- Utilise various digital platforms, learning tools and analytical methods to tackle internal and client issues effectively.
- Keep track of documentation, monitor the progress of projects, and provide regular updates to those involved.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in any field from a reputable institution.
- Three to four or more years’ experience relevant to Learning and Development, HR operations, or a consultancy environment.
- Competency in oral and written English communication.
- Ability to analyse data, find patterns, and then present solutions clearly.
- Adept at multitasking, managing priorities and paying focus on the details.
- Basic knowledge of the e-learning platform, project coordination and tools for managing content can be beneficial.
A positive mindset, an analytical ability, and enthusiasm for professional growth and development are extremely valued in this job.
