What is HackForward 2025?
HackForward 2025 is a prestigious programming and problem-solving contest held by Stride Ventures. The event is designed to test candidates’ technical skills as well as logical reasoning and practical coding skills. Candidates will be asked to answer a set of 10 multiple choice questions, one programming challenge and the SQL queries task. The design is intended to assess the fundamental understanding of the subject and also the practical skills required in today’s technology stacks.
Role and Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be a part of Stride Labs, the technology part of Stride Ventures, to work to develop the next generation of infrastructure for private investment. Engineering is the team responsible for creating efficient platforms to connect portfolios, funds, and investors in global markets. The most important projects are:
- Unified Data Lake: creating a centralized intelligence layer that combines data from every portfolio, fund and investor, giving an easy access to and study.
- Deal Intelligence Engine: Making algorithms and predictive models to map the flow of capital and discover emerging opportunities across different regions and strategies for investment.
- Risk Engine: developing frameworks for measure resilience and exposure and help investors make informed choices in markets that are constantly changing.
- portfolio health Monitor: Designing real-time dashboards and tools for analytics to monitor growth, performance and overall portfolio health.
- AI Narrative Layer: Integration of advanced AI model with backend technology to automatize processes and provide actionable insights for investors.
- Investment Partnership Network: expanding the scope of the network by enabling investors to search the right alignment, transact, and then do so with greater accuracy.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in the field of software creation, database engineering or similar domains.
- Solid base in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++.

- Ability to tackle complex issues as well as work within a high-speed work environment.
How to Prepare
