Job Overview
This role is focused on directing day-to-day operations within wireline and wireless project implementation. This position ensures time-bound delivery of top-quality results for telecom network rollouts as well as infrastructure projects. Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 0-3 years’ experience in network or telecom projects.
Students who are fresh and have a keen enthusiasm for broadband network deployment, wireless project execution, and telecom infrastructure could apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate as a team member in crucial projects that involve wireless, along with Wireline implementation tasks.
- Assist in the conduct of surveys and visits to sites for telecom network projects.
- Coordination of site preparations to ensure that the site is ready for infrastructure and resource deployment.
- Make sure that the installation and commissioning processes are completed in time to meet the agreed SLAs and KPIs for fibre optical installation, along with network rollout.
- Handle the management of escalation promptly whenever projects are faced with difficulties or risk.
- Facilitate smooth coordination between teams to ensure efficient project execution and communications network operation.
Required Skills
- Expertise in optical fibres as well as optical fibre technologies.
- Experience in using optical power meters, tools and equipment for testing.
- Experience in network operations, maintenance and customer interaction.
- Expertise in the management of materials and managing escalation in telecom-related projects.
Additional areas of focus are FTTH installation, OSP fibre deployment, wireless network rollout, coordination of telecom projects and infrastructure readiness tasks.
