Key Responsibilities
- End-User Support: Handle IT run-fix requests from clients via more than one channel, including phone, e-mail, and chat, making sure to provide well-timed and powerful resolutions.
- Issue Resolution: Provide first-line help table support, resolving primary Level 1 and select Level 2 technical issues remotely, inclusive of software troubleshooting and hardware diagnostics.
- Escalation Management: Identify complex troubles requiring superior help and escalate them to specialised teams while keeping clear communication with customers.
- Documentation: Log and song troubles as it should be in ticketing systems to ensure green observe-up and determination.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver fantastic help with a focus on consumer pleasure, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on new technologies and approaches to beautify, help performance, and people revel in.
Candidate Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
- Educational Background: Graduate B.Tech, B.Sc, M.Sc preferred.
- Experience:
- Freshers with a technical diploma are welcome.
- Candidates with prior experience in provider table, technical assistant, or IT helpdesk roles are favoured.
- Language Proficiency: C1-level talent in English (robust verbal and written exchange skills).
- Technical Skills: Basic expertise in IT hardware, software, and troubleshooting methodologies. Familiarity with operating structures, Windows, macOS and commonplace programs is a plus.
- Availability: Willingness to work in rotational shifts, five days a week, with rotational offs.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in high-stress surroundings.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive technique for addressing technical challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal competencies to have interaction with numerous clients and internal groups.
- Knowledge of ITIL approaches or certifications is an advantage, but not mandatory.
