L&T Hiring Drive: CreaTech 2026 is a highly regarded engineering contest that is held at the national level and organised through Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T), an internationally recognised multinational that is driven by technology and with a presence in EPC projects, high-tech manufacturing, and engineering services. The competition aims to discover innovative thinkers who are able to collaborate effectively with their team members and others to tackle actual technical problems.
For undergraduate engineering students, CreaTech 2026 is the opportunity to show abilities, creativity, analytical thinking, and the ability to solve problems while getting exposure to the senior leadership of industry.
Eligibility Criteria
- Full-time 2nd Year and 3rd Year Undergraduate Engineering Students
- Involvement in teams with three members
- Teams thatspecialisee in cross-specialisation are permitted
- Teams from cross-year or cross-college teams are not allowed
- No backlogs in academics permitted
- Each participant is allowed to join only one team
Competition Structure & Timeline
Stage 1: Online Aptitude Assessment
Date: 9 February 2026
- 30 MCQs to be answered within 30 minutes
- The team must adhere to this requirement for all members.
- Evaluation of accuracy and speed
- Elimination round
Stage 2: Case Launch & Submission
Duration: 11 February – 22 February 2026
- The choice of a problem statement
- Submission of:
- A video pitch of 2-3 minutes
- PPT (7-8 slides, not including cover)
- Working prototypes are available for an optional working prototype
- Be focused on innovations Impact, feasibility, and viability
Stage 3: Grand Finale Submission
Duration: 6 March – 15 March 2026

- Prototypes of working prototypes submitted
Grand Finale Presentation
