Job Overview
The full-time job is focused on providing excellent customer service as well as handling the task of reviewing content. Candidate Requirements
- Undergraduate or graduate in any discipline
- From 0 to 3 years of related experience working in the field of customer services or content moderation
- Written and verbal communication capabilities in English
- Excellent computer navigation and proficiency on PC
- Ability to multitask in a hectic and high-volume environment
- Professional and patient manner in all interactions with customers
- Flexibility to work in shifts that rotate
- A keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills
- The capability to work as an individual or in a team

- Expertise in dealing with complex customer questions independently
- Expertise with decision-support tools as well as databases
