Job Highlights
- Position: Online Instructor / Online Tutor
- Working Mode: Full Remote/Work from home

- Academic: Maths, English, Science
- Non-Academic: Coding, French, Public Speaking, Vedic Math, Chess, Sanskrit
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in live, 1:1 online classes with lesson plans provided PPTs, lesson plans, and other teaching materials.
- Give 2 hours of demonstration sessions and two hours of regular classes every day.
- Convert demos into paid regular enrollments with effective instruction.
- Create engaging lessons, activities, and assignments that are customised to meet the individual student’s requirements.
- Keep track of student progress and share regular feedback with students and parents.
- Make use of online teaching tools such as Google Meet and other platforms to make sure that the sessions are smooth.
- Continue to develop subject knowledge and implement the most recent teaching methods.
Requirements for Online Teaching Jobs
- Excellent command of the subject, with exceptional communication skills.
- Experience in classes or teaching online is desirable.
- Communication that is clear and patient, and the ability to keep learning exciting for students.
- Experience with virtual teaching platforms as well as tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or greater in the relevant field (preferred).
- The certification of teachers is a benefit.
- A passion for education and the ability to adapt to various learning styles.
Working Hours & Flexibility
Teachers must agree to at least 4 hours per day (2 hours demo plus 2 hours of regular classes). Flexible schedules are available depending on availability and performance. Possibility to extend the number of hours taught based on the demand of students and instructor preferences.
